“The room was very welcoming in the Milking Shed. It was warm and had a few lamps to create a soothing ambience. The little kitchen was in a lovely cupboard so the room was very tidy. There were chairs and tables that folded away. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped. With a warm towel rail. The tv had Netflix and catch-up channels. The grounds are stunning.”

“Every possibility catered for in the kitchen. We were a large party of 13 - 7 adults and 6 children. So much space enabled snooker in one room, games in another, and quiet area. All bedrooms very spacious and well appointed. Lovely and warm at this time of year. Children found all the different staircases exciting. Also the hot tub was another adventure. A very enjoyable week away.”

“A wonderful place to stay! Perfectly sized and set out for solo or a couple. Private, you wouldn't know there are other units around, but this would be a great place for a stay that needed a number of separate spaces. Convenient for WWT Martin Mere (less than an hour walk if you're so inclined). Although not needed, parking space was fine and safe. Truly everything you'd need for a short (or longer) stay.”

“Went to Masham with friends the village is beautiful, the local pubs Kingshead, Bay Horse we frequented most of our 3 days and the staff were lovely couldn’t do enough for you. Met friendly locals and had a good laugh with the butcher, there’s plenty of local shops bakers, grocery and the cake/sweet shop which one of my friends bought all of the lemon drizzle cakes.
