“My son and I spent 4 days here for a fishing trip. The accommodation was very good in quiet, peaceful surroundings. The lake although quite small was well stocked with plenty of fish. We enjoyed the sport not taking it too seriously. The pegs to fish could have been a little more defined but it was adequate. ”

“Amazing peaceful rural location. We had a lovely two bedroom room, beautifully equipped with lots of lovely finishing touches, like actual milk in a fridge for tea and coffee. “Owner Mike is friendly and service and his breakfast cooking was good. One thing I feel can further improve is, when we arrived at the hotel around 1700hrs it was already total darkness as we are travelling in winter Dec 2024. Mike should install a lamp by the sign board where the instructions for the guests, to guide the guests to the instruction’s board, as the winter darkness make it challenging for us. He should also change the blackboard to others board as the chalk on the blackboard...
