“The host was excellent with communication and even helped us get in early. There was plenty of space, our only issue with the space was the basement isn't made for tall people. They had to tilt their head when using bathroom and walking into bedroom. The showers are older and really small, so something to consider if you are a larger person. The deck area could use a good powerwashing but we still enjoyed some time out there. There were plenty of kitchen tools for us to cook so that was nice....

“We stayed here as a family for a long weekend, 8 adults and 6 pre-teen/teenagers. We had a great time! We had ping pong & Jenga tournaments in the Party Barn and a firepit one night. The hot tub wasn’t working initially but the owner, Steve, responded promptly with a repair man who spent many hours working on it. Rained one day but we watched TV on the big sectional couch, did puzzles, played arcade games in the party room & video games on the basement TV. The teenagers thought initially the...

“House was immaculate, beds were comfortable, hosts had thought of everything to make guests time enjoyable, posting pertinent info throughout the house, allowing us to check in early. The house has been updated to optimize space, and decorated really well. There was plenty of space for my teen kids, a few of their friends, and I during a two night stay while attending the IA State Fair. My kids had a blast playing just dance on the 3rd floor game room and using the hot tub nightly. The nightly...
