“We didn't realize there would be no staff on-site. Also did not realize we would be texted room number and entry code that day. Then we found out our phones did not work in that area--which would have mattered more if I hadn't given a work cell number by mistake!
Fortunately a kind person loaned us a phone that did work so we could call and ask the code. Unfortunately, once we were in the room there was no wifi code posted, and we just did without rather than bother another stranger for a phone...
