“The view was beautiful. The rooms were clean. It’s just the staff that needed help. They seemed very disorganized. When we checked out, we took the ferry. They explained they would deliver our bags for us. Which they did, but they were marked for St Ignes and not our actual destination- Mackinac city. My husband and I both were very clear on Mackinac city as they asked twice. But they still sent them to the wrong destination. One of the bags that they delivered they tied so tight with a knot...

“this b&B sits right acrossed from the river with a boardwalk that goes all the way to lake michigan. The boardwalk also has points of interest, restraunts along the way. It is also only 2 short blocks to the shopping area that have cool little shops, restraunts, bars, coffee shops, bakery, etc. the inn itself doesnt have an elavator that the guests can use, it doesn't say that on the website, which made getting to the room (3rd floor) challanging. “Breakfast was not offered unless there was an additional fee since we booked through Expedia . The only information we were given about the house was where to enter and leave ( back door only) and the code.all the amenities were only offered IF you do. Pt book through Expedia. She was adamant about that when checking in. If it wasn’t for the fact of Expedia, we would’ve never booked there to begin with or known about it.
