“I made a reservation for 3 people and I got a bed for 2 people, when we asked about where the third person would sleep we were told the room is too small and that the hotel would recommend us to pay for a bigger and more expensive room which we didn’t do so all we got was a pair of bedspreads so the third person had to sleep on the floor.
