“We had a great stay in this beautiful secluded apartment. The views were magnificent. The grounds around the house was so green and lush for July. The bed was super comfortable. We had the best night sleep we have had in a long time. Very well appointed decor and was visually pleasing.Very close to shopping and many restaurants. Clayton was very responsive to all of our needs. He was able to answer all of our questions. He is a great host.We hope to stay here again in the future.”

“Had a great stay with the family. The house is beautiful and the host was great to work with. Highly recommend!”

“Our family thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful, family-friendly home. The décor was beautiful—featuring a great mix of classic styles with tasteful, subtle updates. The bathrooms also combined older charm with modern conveniences. After a long journey and arriving later than expected, everyone felt comfortable, well-rested, and at ease. We would rent again!”

“Stayed here with family and a dog. We had a few small issues, but the owner was responsive and easy to work with. ”

“We really enjoyed this property for a family reunion retreat. It was also conveniently located to get to most areas in Des Moines quickly. Super clean. The basement game room was a big hit for kids. The basement stays cold.”

“The house was good, the AC was great, walking the dog in the neighborhood was great. Awesome host with clear communication. Thanks, Matt!”

“Loved the tiger theme. This bungalow was conveniently located in an historic neighborhood, only 16-20 minutes from the state fair. I wish my sister had come with her dog because the place was well-adapted for traveling pups!”

While the basement was very cool, the air conditioner struggled to keep the upstairs cooled off, especially the wood paneled room that doesn’t have a ceiling fan. Granted, we rented this home in July and it has been an extremely hot...
