Loud. - Replace small (child size) table in dinning area - A smattering of silverware, 2, plates, cups, no ice trays, -Replace velvet sofa with no velvet. Looked dirty. 1 cushion had no fabric, placed sheets down to have a place to sit. Couch is too big for small area so right up...

“We loved this property and the management. Everything was flawless. The staff was polite, efficient, and responsive. Up-to-date furnishings and amenities. It is ideally located near Lakewood and Swiss Avenue, with an “easy shot” everywhere in Dallas. Thanks to Jenn and the entire crew. Highly recommend this property and Ritzy Room. ”

“Property is old/ worn/dirty. The unit was filthy! Dirty dishes in the cabinets. Bathroom toilet had a huge amount of dried urine on the underside of toilet seat. Bathroom sink had dried toothpaste and men’s whiskers all over it and the wall. The bathroom counter had rotten wood and is falling apart. We had to stay one night as we had no other place to stay. Upon following directions and stripping the bed, there was no mattress pad cover, and the mattress was stained horribly.”

“If I could give this place more stars I would. The host is wonderful and very accommodating. She was also very kind when I lost her key card. The apartment is very nice and well equipped. It is clean and very comfortable. I would stay again next time we are in Dallas. Highly recommend this apartment. Great communication from the host. ”

“The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience.”

“It was a very nice place! Peaceful and friendly neighborhood. Close to the lake, activities, and Rowlett which is great place for kids. Host was efficient and easy to reach out to. One thing for future people booking, be aware of the pool season as pool was not open during our stay. ”
