“The property was advertised, however, there was a huge homeless population in the area and in front of the building. Due to the outside population, at times the ladies with us felt a bit unsafe. We recognize that is not a controllable. What was more unnerving was the remote didn't have batteries se we couldn't operate the TV in the living room. Roaches on the counters and in the rooms was gross. Just didn't expect that.”
