“Overall the place was great. Any issues the owner acknowledged and is working to get them resolved. For the price we paid it was fantastic. The only complaint I have is out of the owners control such as having to register daily for parking. But that is a small inconvenience for free parking. The ONLY thing to consider is some of the other tenants in the building have a certain smoke the is in the halls again minor issue that is out of the owners control. ”

The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. We felt safe the entire time. “I recently stayed here with my family for a pre-Thanksgiving trip. The communicate and organization of the rental management was 10/10 but the home is significantly worn down. The furniture and beds were newer but the house itself is very run down and not well kept. The backyard is great as we had multiple dogs with us, but overall the house needs to be kept up with more to make the experience better. ”
