“広々とした部屋で、窓から海も見えました。キッチンには一通りのものが十分に揃っています。部屋もきれいでした。テレビがリビングとベッドルームの両方にあります。パレスというバーの近くなので、静かに過ごしたい方には少し賑やかかもしれませんが、ナイトライフを含めたマイアミを楽しみたい方には完璧な場所です。スタッフもとても感じが良かったです。プールはC棟の屋上にあり、6階で、バーもありお昼頃からはDJがいます。眺めは最高です。朝はまだ静かで、それも良かったです。”

“The sunrise and sunsets were spectacular. The balcony was a plus. The beach access was ideal although on several occasions the “green” elevator key; which I would assume would work on the beach gate didn’t and we had to ring the bell; albeit everyone in the party tried w/o success. Speaking of the beach; the umbrella and chairs listed in the amenities was less than par. The umbrella has multiple broken arms and the chairs should indicate “sand” chairs; the description being misleading to think...

“Loved the property, the easy access to the beach, and the employees were very cordial. We only had one problem, which was really minor... The beach chairs in our room were broken, we reported that via a text.We will definitely stay at this property again.Dr. Mike”

“There’s a lot which could be said negatively about this property: There are far too few electrical outlets, and some of the ones which are present lack cover plates. (Code violation!!) There’s crown moulding falling off the wall. Half the elevators are out of order (it sounds like that’s been the case for a long time), resulting in ridiculous wait times. And what looks like inch-thick dust accumulated on the ceiling fan blades is appalling. There’s not much in the way of restaurants, unless...

“Host interaction was fine. Noise coming from utility closet outside of the left bedroom was loud and obnoxious. Left bed wasn’t comfortable. Pool wasn’t very clean, filter didn’t seem to be working and water level very high. Water temperature was great tho. Overall, not worth the price per night in our opinion. Needed 2 beds and 2 baths, so size was good. ”
