“Apartment is located close to downtown Hollywood off a street with moderate traffic at all hours. The management company is responsive and has adequate staff on hand to address issues timely - handyman, appliance techs, etc. The unit itself had many issues while we were there broken bed, broken microwave, broken a/c (4 days), leaking faucet, etc. It appears that they do a quick clean in between guests, but do not deep clean (dirty dishes, floors, dead ants on windowsills) nor do they do regular...

“I saw a cockroach the first day I checked in. I would never stay there ever again. The sheet on bed had a nasty stain on it. There was a squeaky sound coming from the bed I felt it was going to break the bathroom wasn’t so bad but the facet in the shower/ tub was old and dusty. The place was looked dingy I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy. Some of the burners on the stove wasn’t working. If you are going to stay there bring your own cup, because there’s now.,the outside grass...

“Glad we only stayed one night. The pictures look very nice, but once inside you can tell that it is a very rundown room with a fresh coat of paint and some decorations. The door did not seal, leaving lots of daylight visible, and the lock system did not feel secure. It falls very short of "Executive Suite" as advertised. Our flight arrived very late so we didn't have any other options. Pulling up to the outside of this location, especially after dark, was terrifying and felt unsafe. Not worth...

“Everything was perfect. Place is lovely with plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable, check-in was seamless and host was very responsive. Within walking distance to many restaurants (need a car for the beach). Rooftop pool is awesome. Place comes with beach chairs which was a real bonus. Would definitely stay here again!”
