“Loved the house, loved the location and loved the stay. I especially liked the nod to the family’s heritage and history through the art work and photos. The property had character and everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach easy for our 4 & 5 year olds. There were fresh flowers on the table when we arrived that made for a very nice welcome. I would definitely book this property again.”

“We had the best weekend in IOP ! 8 of us came in from all over the east coast to celebrate our 60th birthdays . We have been friends since high school and we had a lot of catching up to do ! The house was perfect for our group ! The bedroom and bathroom set up was perfect , the outdoor spaces lush and private and very well lit at night . The kitchen was well stocked and we had a wonderful weekend !”

“I can't say enough good things about our stay! First of all the property is very central to everything in Charleston and right in the middle of many great restaurants and shops. The apartment is very clean and beautifully furnished, kitchen was well stocked, and the owner was very easy to communicate with in regards to check in/out and recommendations for restaurants, etc. Parking was close by, and I would definitely book here again. Thanks so much for the stay!”

Driving into Downtown Charleston was super easy. We had one issue with the shower not working, but Joe was quick to come fix it.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at The Iris. We stayed in a superior suite which was bright and light and with all that we needed for four nights. It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. We would totally recommend and would come back if we visit Charleston again. ”
