“We loved this lakefront home. Our favorite spot was the incredible back deck. We sat outside morning and evening, enjoying the birds. We appreciated the kayaks and firepit. We played corn hole and ping pong. It was a bit of a drive to town, but we brought what we needed...and were surprised to find a welcome basket with treats.”

“We had an amazing stay here. The location was perfect for us. We went down to fish for a few days and get away and that’s just what it provided. Our teens lived climbing the big oak tree and we enjoyed night fishing on the dock after all day on the lake!!! The place itself was so cute and clean and so much provided for us. Our group was fortunate to have found the perfect place for our “Eclipse Watch Party.” Our host quickly responded to any requests/questions before and during our stay. Our location could not be beat, the area convenient, lovely and quiet. I highly recommend this location.”

“First off, the view from the living room is a million dollar view! Absolutely breathtaking. The house was clean, fully stocked, and we loved that it had kayaks available for us to use! We kayaked, fished, relaxed, did stargazing at night, and went to Petit Jean which wasn’t a far drive! We had a fantastic trip and can’t wait to go back!!”

“This was my second time staying at the Comfort and Chickens Virbo. Beverly the owner is a fantastic host. I still have yet to meet her but i feel like i know her. We both love our chickens. House is well kept and she leaves you snacks, candy, and all the fixens for breakfast. Beds were also comfortable and the fireplace is a great touch. I will forever choose Beverly's home on my visits to see my family.”
