Discover the newly renovated Lakehouse featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a modern kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room with 60 inch Smart TV.

The spacious primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, a charming sitting area, French doors opening to the deck with a scenic lake view, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The second bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and a closet, while the third bedroom is perfect for children and teens with 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds accommodating up to 6. There are 2 additional couches in the living that can be slept on for extra guests. (They are not pull-outs- but extra sheets and blankets are provided.)

Enjoy the large second bathroom with a bath/tub combo with plenty of room for more than one person to get ready for the day on a busy morning.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, from dishes to pots and pans, glassware, and utensils. It also features a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven/range, drip coffee machine, Keurig Single Cup, toaster, and elegant stone countertops.

The dining area comfortably seats 6, and for added convenience, there`s a washer and dryer available.

Enjoy grilling and watching spectacular Sunsets on the spacious Deck or gather around the fire pit and roast marshmallows while Star-gazing the vast Arkansas sky.

Pet`s are Welcome upon Approval and Agreement of Pet Policy, with Pet Fee Paid.
Pets must be House trained, No more than 2 and Under 30pds (w/o prior approval, some exception with approval), stay off Furniture and Bedding, and not be left unattended in house.
No parties, events, or extra overnight guests without prior approval
Please be mindful of noise after 10pm and considerate of Neighbors
You must contact us within 1 Hour of Arrival if there is any issue with the home.
If there is ever any issues you must take pictures immediately and text them to the numbers provided.
You may self check-in anytime past designated check-in but Please try not to call us past 7pm unless its an emergency. Check-out is 10am
