“Great communication. Room was spotless and warm for my arrival. Oat milk provided, so I could enjoy a cup of tea! Lovely bathroom, bed is super comfortable and I slept really well. Quiet location only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Totnes. Would definitely stay ahain on a future visit.”

“The place is OK as a base which we used it for whilst we were in the area. The food was nice with the added beneit of a Gluten free menu and they do have separate prep areas for food. Rooms nice, although a little dated and some need a little attention in places. Reasonably priced for both food and drink, service can be a little slow at times. Bar area gets busy we tended to sit in the restaurant area as it was more quieter. Breakfasts tasty, good selection of food and hot food if you want...

“Our stay was short but wonderful. There was great communication and information provided before our stay. The host was welcoming and the room had everything that we needed. It was spotlessly clean with comfy beds and a great shower. Breakfast was freshly cooked and really set us up for the day. We were really blessed with the weather and the location was perfect for us, away from the bustle of the seafront but an easy walk into the theatre/harbour area.
