Access the Gulf beach from the centrally located community boardwalk. Splash in the waves, play in the sand and stroll the white sugar sand beach for miles at your leisure. No smoking, no pets. Guests must comply with Audubon Place community policies and procedures. No RV's or campers are allowed in the community. No parking allowed on the street, all vehicles must be parked in the properties driveway. Trailered boats are not allowed to be parked on the street but must be parked in the driveway or under the home where possible. Call our office with any parking questions prior to arrival. Entry cards for the Audubon Place gated community are limited to 2 vehicles per reservation.
