“Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. “The hot tub was great, the property is beautiful! We loved our stay and if the weather was better we would have enjoyed using the deck and treehouse lounge. ”

It is in a main road so cars are always speeding past at all times of the day and night. “Beautiful, spacious home in a perfect location! ”

“There was a issue with the VRBO and getting the check in info but the host was very responsive and helpful in getting us the information before we arrived at the property.”

“Wonderful stay for our time in Cooperstown. Pool was great for kids. 8 min drive to town and 10 to dreams park”

“Our family stayed here for our son's week in Cooperstown. The house and property were perfect. Ray was very responsive, allowed us to hook up a RV on the property and host a team dinner. The boys loved the game room and the yard space for wiffle ball. We are hoping to use this place again when we come in 2 years for our other son.”

“Fantastic place! Everything as advertised. ”
