“When our other reservation cancelled our NYE reservation on the 30th, we were panicked. We needed accommodations for 9 adults and 2 infants in under 24 hours notice on a major holiday. “Pretty clean place. It was a little tricky to step thru in the backyard if you have a heavy bag so just wear normal shoes when arriving. Fridge/bathroom/bedroom clean and shower had great pressure. Tv worked well and was able to stream church in the morning no problem. Would recommend as a value stay near the Hard Rock Stadium”
