“The holiday flat was excellent, super clean and in a very nicely located holiday park. There is more than enough space and also in the kitchen everything is more than sufficient. The communication with the landlady was very good. The only pity was that the indoor swimming pool burnt down. This should be pointed out in the advertisement.”

“First impressions was fab, but on unpacking cuboards were not clean , box in bottom sink cupboard is dirty, .microwave needs throwing out ,very rusty inside . All the chopping boards need throwing out, very badly scratched ,very un healthy. curtains were dirty spiderwebbs with dead flies on, cobwebs everywhere. Fridgefreezer needs defrosting. .Glass doors was dirty hand prints all over them. Sweet wrappings on the floor, down the side of single bed plus drit and dust. Mattresses bed cover had...

“Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a few things that took the edge off a perfect break. The shower in the en-suite bedroom leaked through the kitchen ceiling so we couldn’t use it which meant that nine of us had to use the one other shower! The French door/window in the lounge was difficult to open & close and the rain came in at the bottom right side and the carpet got wet and we couldn’t open the bi fold doors in the dining area. The cutlery wasn’t very clean so we had to wash it all...

“Lovely spacious lodge which is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Pleasant to sit on patio and enjoy the views. The holiday park is large and if you or any one in your group has mobility issues a car is a must - there is a steep slope/hill leading to treetops. The lodge is located in a quiet area of the park. Owners Adria and Steve next door and available if needed. Lovely location to explore Devon :)”
