The holiday park is large and if you or any one in your group has mobility issues a car is a must - there is a steep slope/hill leading to treetops. The lodge is located in a quiet area of the park. “This house proved to be an idea l place to spend a few days with grandparents, children and grandchildren. The facilities were fantastic and allowed us to enjoy our holiday despite very poor weather. The warm enclosed swimming pool enabled the grand children to improved their swimming skills and the movie screen and projector allowed the adults to catch up on some movies. I hope we get chance to return before long.”

“We stayed at Wisteria Cottage for 6 days in April 2024 and can only recommend this cottage: it was very clean and all the necessary things for daily use are available. The location in Topsham is great as you can walk to many restaurants and pubs. The cottage is right on the High Street but we didn't find the traffic disturbing. In short, we would come back at any time.”

“Inclement and changeable weather is a fact of life for the winter months, but in my little aerie overlooking the sea I was cozy and content. “Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou”

“Sonachon house is now under new owners Leanne and Aaron. They were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with full English, cereals, toast, and yoghurt on offer. They also provide some towels for the beach as well as free loan of bucket and spades.There is a spacious communal lounge which was really nice to relax in over a cup of coffee.
