The wrong unit number was listed and it took the front desk clerk and me 1/2 hour to get management to help us find the right one. The property itself was dated and in need of massive repair. The parking lot was closed due to damage so we had to park across the street BEHIND a Walgreens. NOT SAFE! TV was all messed up, NONE of the amenities on the property were open (we weren't told this until after we had paid). I asked for a late checkout and was told it would be 75. When I told the owner that the day after I left he said "we could have waived that for you." A lot of help it was the day after!
