DIRECT OCEANFRONT Condo with BREATHTAKING VIEWS!

  • Welcome to Van Lee 605! Upon entering this sixth floor 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront retreat you will begin to relax, refresh, and recharge! The first thing you see is the ocean! There are gorgeous sunrise views from the balcony and sunset views from the front porch! You might even catch sight of dolphins playing in the surf, sea turtles nesting, or pelicans diving into the waves. Please note: please close curtains at night: the lighting confuses turtle hatchlings and they might get hurt. Van Lee 605 features comfortable furniture and relaxing decor. This unit sleeps up to 6/8 ( Pullout queen bed in sofa in Livingroom.)

    The living room is a relaxing place to unwind after a day at the beach. You will find a 65” Smart TV with cable or sign into your Netflix account to watch your favorite shows or movies. WiFi is included with your stay.

    Once you walk into the modern kitchen you may want to cook! The kitchen features all brand new stainless appliances and small appliances. This is a fully equipped kitchen. We provide the basics like spices, coffee, teas, sweeteners, and other surprises. The bar area features a variety of glasses, accessories, and refrigerated drawers to keep your beverages or food items cold.

    The Master Suite is large and comfortable! You will quickly drift off to sleep on the plush mattress, while listening to the soothing sound of the ocean! Your very own natural sound machine! The second bedroom features comfortable, two new full size beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV with cable, a large walk-in closet with drawers, and new bathroom with a spa shower. All linens and towels are provided. In the private laundry room (directly across from 605 front door/locked) you will find a large capacity washer and dryer, laundry soap and dryer sheets.

    We have free parking in front of building with plenty of spaces available.

    We also provide everything you need for the beach including beach umbrellas with anchors, five deluxe beach chairs, beach mats, boogie boards, sand toys, beach towels, cooler, and more! The quiet beach offers rest and relaxation… limited crowds! Relax by the pool or on the beach, build sand castles, play volley ball, and/or go boogie boarding in the waves! Enjoy your vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay in Ormond Beach. The property was beautiful, well appointed with a ton of amenities and little details that made us feel welcome. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Our kids especially loved all the beach toys and games in the condo. The location is fantastic and the neighborhood is quiet and everyone was very friendly. We would definitely recommend this location if you are visiting the area!

Perfect location, close to all amenities and great restaurants. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful and the views are breathtaking. Andy and Cheryl are wonderful hosts who have thought of everything for the comfort of their guest. 10/10!

Ormond Beach is a jackpot location. The condo building is right on a no drive beach….the waves roll in and out all day and all night. It’s glorious.This condo was comfy and well equipped. We cooked in a lot, and appreciated the well stocked kitchen….not only new cookware, but also the array of carefully stored spices and cooking oils and utensils.The host was very warm, accommodating , and responsive.

We are a family of 4, with 2 teenage boys. Loved this place for so many reasons! We were looking for a place to relax and decompress after a few days at Disney and this property was perfect! Location was quiet and not busy which is what we were looking for. Full kitchen so we were able to cook most of our meals but also appreciated the nearby pizza place and seafood. Sunrise over the water was priceless… also dolphin sitings made it even more exciting! Spent so much time on the balcony and just appreciated the sounds of the ocean. Looking forward to booking this property again! Andy and Cheryl were very prompt with their communication which made the trip even more stress free!

The place has the best views of the ocean! We loved the beach area, pool area, and the condo itself. It was perfect for our family of 5, and this is our second time staying there in the last two years. We would highly recommend this condo for any length of vacation!

The hosts, Cheryl and Andy are amazing, kind and accommodating. Their condo was immaculate and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. Sitting on the balcony, day or night was our favorite thing to do. Being so close to the ocean we heard the waves crashing onto the shore sunrise to sunset. Our family vacation was perfect! We had our own room and bathroom and our 21 year old son had his own room and bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. The automatic ice and cold water dispenser on the outside of the fridge was so convenient. The hosts supplied us with beach chairs, beach umbrellas and towels along with boogie boards so we could enjoy the ocean. We did use the washer and dryer midweek so we didn’t have to travel with a bunch of clothes flying from Chicago. We had an amazing time.

This condo has the best view of the ocean - both sunrises and sunsets! The owners have stocked the unit with all kitchen and home accessories possibly needed! We can't wait to stay here again!

Ocean front naturally beautiful.Condo dated, Van Lee has been around for some time, I was from Ormond beach. They did a good job on the photos. Walkout from living room and master bedroom to balcony was nice. Had construction the entire 10 days but that was just my misfortune
