Il n’y avait aucun produit nettoyant pour laver tables/comptoirs, aucun linge à vaisselle donc on ne pouvait pas faire la vaisselle. Il y avait un vieux balais et aucun porte poussière. J’aurais aimé au moins avoir du café à notre disposition.Mais l’emplacement est parfait!!!!

Could not have picked a better place!

It was a great family vacation. The condo was nice, well equipped, and clean. We were busy with all it had to offer, and being on the beach made it absolutely perfect! Would definitely recommend for all ages. We will be back.

Just became an annual trip

My family stayed here this weekend for one of my son’s birthdays and we had a blast. We literally didn’t drive anywhere because everything is in walking distance. Beautiful views, awesome amenities. It was perfect!

Spring Break Family Bacation

The room comfortably slept 10, not 12. Had to use blow up mattresses for kids to sleep 12. Did not have bath or pool towels for 12 when we arrived but they supplied more the next morning. We enjoyed all the amenities at the resort & enjoyed being in one large room with our family. Would stay there again!

Family Getaway

The property was as expected. Clean and ready for us to enjoy, like a home away from home, except it was on the beach with the sounds of the ocean waves In the background. The owners were fantastic, responded when we had an issue and helped us out of a jam with our schedule. Thank you so much!!

Christmas 2023 part 2

Property is very nice, if the pool deck equipment was working better, 1 hot tub had no jet's, the lazy river was down the whole time we where on property. The slide was only open a couple of day's. My washer in the unit I rented wasn't working.

Mandatory excavation for hurricane Milton was issued prior to our day of arrival. Owner refused to reimburse our families funds even though VRBO requested multiple times to do ao. Also, misrepresented that there was a crib that came with the unit except we had to rent it. to rent it. reqorreimburse

Amazing views in luxury condominium!

Everything about the condo was exactly as described. The view, outstanding! The location, again outstanding! There were, however, a few things that could’ve improved the visit. The kitchen needed potholders, and a hot pad! Difficult to cook food in the oven with no mitts! Several items needed new batteries, such as the wall clock and the remote control. And finally the front two bedrooms need blackout curtains as the hall lights stay on all night long for a difficult sleep. Other than those items everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend this unit

Reflect for a larger group

The property was perfect for a larger group that needed a place to basically sleep and relax in the mornings before being out all day. Had a maintenance issue that was resolved within 30 minutes of me contacting them. Only things I would say needed a little more attention would be double checking the furniture/doors because we had a couple chairs that had been broken before our arrival and the door to the washer/dryer came off the track due to the bracket breaking when we opened the door. Also, more extra blankets and pillows for the pullout couch. Made them aware of the issue so hopefully it is fixed.

Didn't make it due to Tropical storm

Due to the tropical storm and coastal flooding and high storm surge prediction, we did not make it to the unit. With recommendations from my daughter that has lived through these and by a photographer who lives on the coast, both recommended we not travel to Daytona. Messaged owner, no refund unless there was evacuation. Even Disney World offers refunds due to bad weather, the Governor alerted the National Guard so we did take it seriously. Unfortunately, no refund of any kind not making it to the unit.

Needs some TLC

We've stayed at this location in the past, but it seems nothing has really been kept up since then. Most metal surfaces are rusty, areas where hands touch are worn or blackened, upholstery was ripped/cracked/discolored on majority of the items. Kitchen wasn't clean, fridge had a dent in it, both showers had issues with getting hot water. Overall any of these issues could be overlooked but the combination of pretty much every area needing some work made it less than a good stay. While there, I contacted owners, and never received a response to these issues. Though I've stayed with this owner/condo a few times, I will not stay there in the future, its price point is on par with much nicer properties I've stayed at in Daytona.

Disappointed

This was a last minute booking due to the hurricanes on the west coast of Florida. I wish the owner had communicated that the large pool with the lazy river was going to be closed. Every day there was constant jackhammer noise. I understand that it’s off season and repairs need to be made but if we had known, we would have booked elsewhere. When we arrived, we had no hand towels or washcloths. I was told to look under the sink in the bathrooms, but the handles were broken off so I had to pry them open with a knife and there were none in there. There was no hot water for two days, then we were told to let the shower run about 15-20 minutes before showering. The water did get hot after that, but it was very inconvenient to do with five women! The condo really needs to but updated and deep cleaned. The microwave has rust inside, which is dangerous. The bed in the efficiency apartment is broken down. Sags in the middle. The two accent chairs in the living room were nasty dirty. The balcony needs cleaning as well. Save yourself the aggravation and book elsewhere.
