  • Welcome to Penthouse Paradise! New listing by premier host with history of 4.9 star reviews. Enjoy your vacation in this beautiful, 2-story 19th /20th floor direct oceanfront condo that sleeps up to 12 people. From the moment you enter the front door, you’ll be met with beautiful views of Daytona Beach. The large wrap-around balcony provides breath taking views of both the ocean (Sunrise) and inter-coastal (Sunset). It contains plenty of seating for everyone. Outdoor spaces include outdoor seating, outdoor eating, daybed, loungers, hammock, etc.

    **********************************************our building is currently under construction. Our unit is completed with some new windows and sliding glass doors. Starting in OctoberThe work is being done between the 1st and the 7th floor. We are on 19 and 20. The balconies are available but we are not allowed to have permanent furniture but we do have chairs and loungers on the balcony for our tenants to enjoy. The view was incredible of both the Ocean and Halifax River. Seamless checkin process and host was very responsive in answering any and all questions.We will certainly be booking again!

The penthouse was a very nice place to stay for spring break with two adults and 5 teenage girls. The view was amazing, all the beds were very comfortable and more than enough room for everyone. Had a few small hick ups but the owners were super fast to respond and accommodating. Definitely would book again in the future.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this condo in Daytona Beach and can’t say enough good things about it! The host was incredible—so kind, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making our family feel welcome and comfortable.The condo itself was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and had so much space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. It felt like a home away from home. My husband completely fell in love with the couch (seriously, he’s still talking about it ), and the master bedroom had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in—including my own!Everything about our stay was perfect, and it made our Jeep Beach trip even more special. We’ve already decided this will be our place to stay every year when we come for Jeep Beach. Highly, highly recommend!

The host was informative and very kind, which made our stay even better. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, and the view was absolutely amazing. There was plenty of space for everyone, which was perfect for our group.The only downside was the construction. While we were aware of it ahead of time, there were moments at the pool where workers were sandblasting and debris was blowing toward us, which made it less enjoyable.Overall, it was a great place to stay. I just personally wasn’t a huge fan of Daytona.

Had people working on the patio entore time. The aor conditioning was broke and worh people on the balcony sanding and workin couldn't open doors was very loud. Most importantly we had no aor and couldn't be foxed durong our stay. It was hot thay week!

We just love our week in Daytona. The condo is clean and inviting. The beds were comfy, makes it hard to come back home. Good Lord willing, we will be back next year.

Beautiful views and condo

The views and condo were wonderful. Construction was going on at the time and the owner made every accommodation possible to make our stay enjoyable. He was very easy to communicate with and was attentive to our needs.

Pure Perfection

This place is amazing at every level. Clean, bright ,beautiful. Close to everything. The view from anywhere in the condo was breathtaking. Good LORD willing we can stay again next year!

What a VIEW!

Paul is amazing, very! easy to communicate with. The view from the apartment was spectacular, the place spacious and accommodating. Close to shops and restaurants.

Beautiful condo!

Our stay was excellent! The property was very clean and spacious, with beautiful views! No washer and dryer in the condo, it was down the hall - $1.25 per load (like my college dorms in the 90s). A lot of building renovation ongoing due to previous storm damage. Very nice stay!

Beautiful Sunrise and moonrise

Owners were very nice and on top of any questions. The penthouse condo was very nice with the upgrades they have done so far and decor very tasteful beach theme. Loved it! It was the perfect place for us and our young adult children. They asked if we could go back next year!

Rental Paradise!

Penthouse Paradise hit pretty close to paradise. We felt honored to be the first renters at this remodeled condo. It was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths gave us plenty of room in this spacious rental. Underground parking was very secure. The owners are wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Beautiful condo whether rain or shine

Stayed at this beautiful condo for girls weekend. Unfortunately it rained a lot but being stuck inside with friends in this condo was not bad. Lots of space to play games, curl up with a book, or watch a movie. The owners of thought of almost everything that you would need while spending time at the beach.

Penthouse Paradise! Views for Days!

The property is exactly as advertised! The views are stunning and with two stories, there is plenty of room! Paul was so easy to work with and very responsive with questions before we arrived. Thought was put into decorating and making sure all the guests had what they needed. There were three couples sharing this unit.
