  • Happy people only! Beautifully decorated in a beachy theme, comfortable and clean 6th floor ocean front condo with outdoor balcony seating. Spectacular ocean views and sounds day and night that will take your breath away! Every beach and ocean picture shown here was taken from our 6th floor balcony. Our condo is cozy and relaxing so that you can enjoy your stay. The heated pool, hot tub and oceanfront deck open year round!

    100 steps to pool or ocean. Walking distance to downtown Daytona Beach, the pier, and a host of restaurants, shops and lots of activities. You can be as busy as you like or just "chillax". There are 2 restaurants just yards to the North: LandShark Bar and Grill, Crabby's Oceanside. Short walk there is historic Ocean Deck and the Pier. ONLY 5 miles from Daytona Intl. Speedway.

    We know you will be kind and respectful to our condo as we have gone to great lengths to make it beautiful, clean and comfortable for you! This is a NO SMOKING CONDO & BUILDING, however, SMOKING PERMITTED ON BALCONY ONLY WITH DOOR CLOSED. Smoking also permitted in the outdoor pool area.

We stayed at the property for our daughter’s dance competition. It was an excellent experience. The communication with the hosts was top notch. They give a great effort to insure a comfortable experience. The property was clean and close to all the venues in and around the Ocean Center. Would definitely stay again next year!!! The parking is a big asset and the walk on ability to beach is great.

Everything was perfect! We loved how close we were to the beach, and how close we were to everything in Daytona. It was a perfect place to spend a week long vacation.

Enjoyed the ocean view and the pool very much. The hot tub was under repair. It was the first weekend that building was open after structural repairs that were ongoing that we had to maneuver around but did not bother our stay. The owner had a resident of the building come up and check on us and to make sure all was ok. We enjoyed our visit to Daytona very much!

Great location

Just the place we needed to stay as we dropped our son off for freshman year at Embry-Riddle. Close to campus, on the beach, clean. Would totally stay here again!

Property is very secure and safe. Loved the amenities, game room, vending area, laundry. The pool was great size and easy quick access to the beach. Would stay again!

The condo was absolutely perfect for the 2 of us! The owners were perfect hosts, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed! The pool is beautiful, ocean view amazing and the property very nice! We will visit again!

Great Vacation Stay!

The condo was very clean and very nicely outfitted. The direct view from the 6th floor balcony was amazing. Easy check-in process and great communication with Tracy. Delightful and relaxing stay!

Beauty on the Beach

What a great place on the beach. Tracy and Dave were fantastic hosts. All the little extras (Beach gear, etc), pool, location, cleanliness, view, communication were top notch. Highly recommend. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Perfect oceanfront condo

We wanted an oceanfront condo for the two of us on a long weekend getaway. This was perfect. We had breakfast on the patio overlooking the ocean and walked to several great spots for dinner and drinks all with ocean views. Owners were attentive and responsive. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful sunrises!

This was our fifth summer here and we still absolutely love it! It’s perfect for a girls week. The views are breathtaking and we saw lots of dolphin activity which I haven’t seen before. The owner is very prompt in answering messages.

Labor Day at Daytona Beach

Tracy's condo offers fantastic ocean views! The balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean is amazing! (We really liked the "bar height" chairs for even better views uninhibited by the railings!). The condo is a great cozy place for a couple wanting to enjoy some time at the beach! Would love to return when we are in the area again!

Tracy's place was as advertised, very clean, well stocked and a very comfortable bed. The weather was great and even got to have breakfast on the balcony. Communication was great and was flexible so we could check out a little later. We'll definitely will be back.
