It was so cozy and she had lots of things in the condo that were very helpful. I would highly recommend her 10 out of 10 also, parking was very easy. The pool access was easy and everyone was so nice

The condo was lovely. Right on the beach. We had such a good time. We appreciated all the little extras provided by the host. A basket of candy, games to play, and I was happy to have the Keurig pod coffee machine. Everything was thought of…Thank you so much!

Clean rooms great staff awesome location

One of the cleanest hotels I have been in in daytona friendly helpful staff and a great location to down town daytona and the beach far enough from.main street to be quiet but close enough to not be a chore to get to and from the events

Great Stay

I would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Daytona Beach. Very close to water, very clean, and quiet for the most part. The add-ons like beach chairs, coolers, and snacks were something I wish every host did. We would stay here again, thank you!

Nice stay

EVERY THING one would need for a beach stay was supplied. Good friendly helpful staff and safe grounds. Some traffic sounds but during sleep time it was fine. Would stay again

It was wonderful!! I really appreciated all the effort the host made with supplying activities like uno coloring books, cross word, sand castle stuff, wiffle ball, goggles, beach chairs, beach umbrella, snacks and other things that I thought made the place welcoming! Loved the indoor and outdoor pool, the beach being right there, and the little arcade. The building was close to several good food places and mini golf, overall a really amazing experience, if we come back to Daytona I will probably come back to this place:)

Cozy and convenient

Very clean with many “extras” to help make the stay comfortable including beach towels, chairs and a beach bag. Completely stocked for light travelers. There was construction going on (in most of Daytona) so it was a bit loud but the beach access was perfect. Excellent for 1-2 people.

This was the perfect getaway! My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights and loved that the property was right on the beach. I really appreciated all of the amenities that the hosts provided. The beach chairs and beach umbrella came in handy. I also loved that the room had games and books to use. There truly was everything that we could have possibly wanted or needed in this place. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great little get away..

This condo is clean and beautiful inside. Very comfortable… loved being right on the beach. All the extras this property owners put into this place is far above anywhere else I have stayed. Thank you for a great week!!

My husband tried to unclog the 50 year old tub. I let Kelly know. She further related that “there had to be an emergent” call with maintenance” to glue soap dish back in place. She made a blatant lie in the message that we had “ripped” off the soap dish. The rules and demands for everything that is expected of the guest is RIDICULOUS! On top of that she expects me to pay 150.00 for gluing on a soap dish. Bring garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper as they only supply a meager amt and expect guest to replenish. The price of room is attractive. They add on 200.00 in fees.

Short Daytona 500 Weekend

The condo was perfect for us. Small but cozy, with every thoughtful amenity we could need. The room was clean and access was easy. The only thing that could have made it better would be a small desk fan. It does get a bit warm with the humidity.

It was exactly as listed. I enjoyed it very much. There was one tiny problem and when I alerted Kelly it was remedied immediately.

Perfection!

We loved staying at this beautifully decorated condo, with so many thoughtful details! The host is lovely- excellent communication, and very caring! The suite was clean and comfortable. The property amenities were great! We used the indoor pool. Amazing location! Direct access to the beach! A very short drive to all conveniences. And the value for our stay was unbeatable!
