“Apartment was very clean. Coffee and tea were complimentary. It was walkable to many restaurants. Parking was available and we only had to pay one time which was quick and easy to do as the pay station was very close. Of note, the stairs to get to the apartment are steep and narrow. There was a step up from kitchen to living room. Anyone with mobility issues may be challenged with accessing the apartment. Host replied quickly with any questions. ”

“This property is conveniently located with a 15 minute drive to UNH and 5 minute walk to downtown Dover, though I wouldn't want to undertake its steep street on a snowy day. Travis is a great host who pays attention to the little things like providing a well-stocked coffee bar, an assortment of soaps, chilled wine glasses and frosted beer mugs. Unfortunately, this property is a subdivided old house that falls short on the big things. The main bed's springs are shot, making it far too soft. ...

“The home was on Main Street in Manchester, NH, and the street was very busy. We were two blocks away from a fire station and traffic started at 5am every morning. We were close to some businesses for convenience. Our biggest complaint was that the home was too noisy. There were people living upstairs, and we could hear their TV vibrating on the ceiling. The next door neighbors decided to blare their music on a Wednesday night at 11pm until 1am. My wife had to sleep on the couch one night...
