“The property was awesome. Close to all. Host was awesome. I would like to suggest some things. Maybe do extra bug spraying I got bit up. But I get that And the mattress is very hard terrible sleep need to be bigger. And softer . And also why no tv in bedroom I love having tv in my room and I really think others do also and I would love to have a tv in there. They do sell arms to move around and u don’t need to hang from wall. Thank u to a great host love your place”

“Great home! Really nice layout with lots of room and nice private patio! Having the four bedrooms and two baths downstairs worked really well for us! The unit had everything you could want, even a beach umbrella, towels, sand toys and chairs. Some nice extras included both K-cup and regular coffee makers (with a bunch of K-cups provided!), laundry and dishwasher tabs and kids cups/plates/utensils! And an arcade machine (w/Pac-Man) and foosball table!! We were 5 adults and 2 kids and the dining...

“Beautiful and spacious home in a prime coastal area. The home was perfect for a large group offering several gathering areas throughout the home and outside patios — as well as a lush secluded garden near the koi pond. The kitchen was well-equipped with gourmet appliances, ample dishware/cookware and large counter spaces to accommodate several people working in the kitchen at the same time. When we arrived the home was welcoming and immaculate; the host was always quick to respond to inquiries....

“Nancy and Jim were fantastic hosts and their Casita Vista was adorable. It was a perfect studio for our weekend getaway and was stocked with fun activities to do too (i.e., books, old movies). The biggest plus for us was the mini AC and kitchenette. They had everything you can think of needing and we were stocked with towels and other basic necessities. 10/10 would recommend staying with them at Casita Vista.”

“Well stocked, very clean residence just a couple of exits (off the 5 freeway) south of Legoland. Great communication with the host. Nice pool table and lots of streaming channels on the living room TV.”

“The house is well represented by the photos in the listing. The beds were very comfortable, the AC was cold, and it was easy to feel right at home. The neighborhood was lovely and felt very safe. We ended up enjoying Mission Beach the most which was a bit far with traffic but going to Tamarack Beach to watch the surfers at sunset was an easy trip. Highly recommend that! This was a great choice for enjoying sunny Southern California in late July.”

“Daniel & Emily were excellent hosts. Communication was clear and timely, and the check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow. Our group of 10 had a lovely 1-week stay in June. The home really did feel spacious, with the perfect amount of beds for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked, with pots/pans/dishes and cooking/serving utensils. “A good stay in a good location! Very close to many beaches. The beaches in the area were packed for the entire weekend. Many good local spots to eat and get coffee as well! The bed is pretty much solid as a rock, though, and the walls are very thin. Other than that, everything was great.”

“We booked six nights for two adults and three children. The pool was fine. The home itself is worn down. The tile in the house is broken, unlevel, and a tripping hazard. The kitchen needs to be refreshed and out of date food items thrown out and new kitchen pans and cooking utensils purchased. Towels are all old and mismatched. The dining table chairs are rickety and there is not enough seating for five people to eat at the dining table. The place is advertised as sleeping five but there is one...
