“The location was perfect to everything in town plus the beach. The place was clean and WiFi worked well. The host helped us with the TV because the source got changed and was very responsive to messages. We did not hang out in back yard but tables did exist. Street parking was free. The eating area had a mini fridge , microwave and toaster oven so if you usually cook during your stays just be aware of that possible limitation. Lots of food and coffee shops near by and the area felt very safe. ”

“Our family stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful time. This is a very family friendly neighborhood and house. The house was clean and we really enjoyed the hot tub. The host, Ben, is very responsive and replied promptly to my questions. Thank you Ben for a great stay.”

“The host was very good with communication prior to and during the stay. The home is in a great location just a 10 min walk to the beach. There were some maintenance issues, i.e. electrical outlet that was not working (impacted the ability to work in the home), and wear and tear on dishwasher and refrigerator that need to be addressed. In the photos it shows the desk in a bedroom and that is not the case its in the main living space, which made it more challenging to work. Just food for...
