“My host was such a sweetheart, she provided complimentary dinner and the fridge came with food and snacks that she prepared for me and the kids. She is really sweet, even went as far as buying clothing for my nieces and cooking delicious dinner for us. This place is 100% kid friendly and it even comes with a playground for your children. My nieces had so much fun on the playground. The place is very cute and cozy, it comes with a shower, washer/dryer, sink/small kitchen/fridge and even a patio....

“We enjoyed our month long stay in Joe’s apartment. The location couldn’t be better. We walked everywhere. Initial minor issues were quickly addressed & resolved. The shower was great. In situ washer & dryer was a huge plus. Upgrades to kitchen supplies & furnishings would be a welcome improvement but overall a very satisfying stay.”

“We enjoyed our time there! Is was comfortable, clean and everything worked as it should. We were visiting our son who is a sailor stationed at Navy Base San Diego and his quarters were a 5-6 minutes drive from the house which was perfect. ”

“Studio was clean and great for one person. Comfortable bed and nice patio. A small table would have been helpful. Good location. Neighbors/house occupants were pretty loud.”

“Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Location was amazing, close to shops, beach, restaurants. You can hear some traffic from the sidewalks and streets when people walk by but nothing ear plugs couldn't keep out while sleeping. We also stayed on a Friday night so nightlife was in full swing but not a nuisance at all. ”

“From a local’s perspective this is one of the best places to stay, it’s far enough from the city to relax at the end of the day with all the comforts of home but close enough to experience everything you want to. The host is amazing and very responsive and the apartment feels like a tiny cozy home with everything you could need. In my opinion the really went above and beyond, they need a 6th star honestly, will recommend any chance I get!”
