“My husband is in a motorized wheelchair, so accessibility is key. Overall, everything was great except for the back door lip. We had to use his sliding board as an extra step into the house because the outside lip was more than an inch high. If that gets adjusted, the house is extremely wheelchair friendly. “The property was very clean and well kept and the location is close to everything you might want to do in Corpus. The surrounding neighborhood is not the greatest but don't let that deter you. Parking is a little limited but never presented a real problem either.”

“The apartment itself is quite upscale. My only problem with this property is that it is right at the edge of a somewhat sketchy neighborhood and I did not feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood. ”
