“Everything was just as advertised. Cozy and comfortable. The kitchen looked totally remodeled and even had a sink just like my own. Stove and microwave were new and the bed was quite comfortable. The location fit well with my needs, as it is close to some renowned birding spots. I was very pleased, and highly recommend Simon as a host.”

“We had a great stay at this house over winter break with our family. The home fully lived up to our expectations and was exactly as shown in the VRBO photos and description. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.Jeanine and Tom were wonderful to work with and very responsive throughout the process. The location is excellent and made the trip easy and enjoyable. It is a short walk to Atlantic Avenue, the beach, shops, and a wide variety of restaurants.We really enjoyed our time...

“Clean, well kept, and just as advertised. Host was prompt and accommodating in all communication. The only small concern was that there was only a place setting for 4. I felt very guilty running the dishwasher when I was out of plates, because it wasn’t close to being full.”

“2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment unit was clean, open, fresh with lots of light. Perfect location for us as we would walk to the French bakery for coffee and pastries to start the day, and then walk to the beach. Close to Pineapple Grove and all Delray Beach has to offer.”
