“Liked: Very clean and comfortable studio. Check-in was so easy. Chris was amazing and gracious. He responded to emails immediately. Private entrance. Great parking It was on a very quiet and private street. The location was perfect. Close to restaurants and stores. You couldn't ask for a better place. I highly recommend it. Thank you, I appreciate you. Chris 10/10”

“Just as described.”

“Private back patio space is perfect for home bodies that enjoy being outdoors. The bed is extremely comfortable and the kitchen can cook any meal, convenient or gourmet. The laundry mat is a convenient 3 min walk, & very well established, opened until 10pm. The bathroom is luxurious with ample space and modern feel all around. The hosts are extremely friendly & accommodating. It was a real pleasure to stay the 2 weeks at this residence. It will definitely be considered in the future as I...

“The host was very kind and helpful.”

“Great stay lots of room, great host, nice amenities. Literally one complaint the beds were quite firm, other than that this place was great and easy. We did have a gecko in our bathroom, south florida charm.”

If you want any comfort such as air conditioning, decent furniture, or walls where you can't hear every conversation or noise from your neighbor- then pass on this one. I had a friend visit, as soon as she sat down on one of the outdoor chairs the fabric broke and she almost hit the ground. The bed is bad, but the couch is even worse. The ice maker/water filter in the fridge does not work. Apparently the only way to control the AC is in the other...
