Quiet family neighborhood with a big yard

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood with a very large fenced in yard. The swimming pool is great, but it is not heated.

Great stay

We recently stay there for our kids spring break. The house was clean,quiet neighborhood, friendly management. They even let us to check in early and this was very helpful after traveling for 16hr. Very pleased with our stay.

Great location and very clean

We rented this space for a brief getaway during bike week. There was plenty of space for the truck and bike trailer, rooms were very nice with local shopping minutes away. We had a wonderful time.

Peaceful Neighborhood close to bike trails

We came into the area to ride bikes and this area did not disappoint. There were so many different trails to explore. The neighborhood and the house were quiet and the house was comfortable to stay at. The house was about 1.5 miles from the start of one of the bike trails, with quiet, low speed roads through the neighborhood leading to the dedicated bike trail. We were able to ride into Sanford and out to Titusville. We also could have ridden to Blue Springs mostly on dedicated bike trail if it hadn't been raining (we drove instead, Blue Springs was gorgeous!). If you are into riding bikes, this is the place to stay.The property manager was very prompt in answering any questions I had. She was very informative. She made it easy to stay at this listing.

Excellent Stay!

The house was perfect for our family vacation! Well stocked, clean and spacious. Our kids loved the pool and backyard. Neighborhood was quiet and close to stores and restaurants. We will definitely book again!

Fantastic communication

The homeowner was very friendly and immediately responsive. The home was perfect for our needs. Of the 4 of us, 2 were in Orlando amusement parks and 2 were checking out the surrounding beach communities. Being in Deltona, we were center to that. The pool was clean but we didn’t use. Late October wasn’t quite hot enough. I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks

Florida Trip

I would recommend staying in this property. We came to visit our granddaughter and her family. We have 2 great granddaughters that loved the pool. Our family is from Kansas and we visit about 4 times a year and we will definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Gateway

We really enjoy our time in this property. Everything you see in the pictures is what you will see when you get there. It is close to the springs so a very convenient location if you would like to spend some time with nature and kayaking. We definitely will comeback.

Comfortable and Clean Home Away from Home

The house is exactly as presented, rooms were spacious with the added benefit of very comfortable beds, nice and plentiful linens and towels, and cute little touches throughout that made the house feel extra homey. The kitchen had everything available to cook dinners and the fridge and freezer were big enough to hold tons of food and drinks.The pool was clean and relaxing during the day, and at night, the decorative hanging lights added a festive touch. The location of the house made it easy to access many of the area's attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home!

First let me start off with how easy and smooth this property was to check into. We arrived to find everything was absolutely right on the money as described in the add. Extremely clean! Cute and vibrant, such a simple home that was so welcoming and comfortable . The pool was perfect temperature and clean. The kitchen had everything you could need. The host also had coffee and water and snacks stocked up. The neighborhood was nice and so close to shopping, going out on the town or just grabbing a bite to eat. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! 5 stars all the way! Thank you!
