“On arrive we found our room to be a bit dark and the doors, although beautiful, had a 2 inch gap either side which concerned me due to the mosquitos that had bitten us in the previous location. I made my concerns known and we were offered a new room which instantly felt better. The staff were amazing about this and it did not seem to be a problem at all.
