We liked everything about this 5 star hotel. Half an hour from the airport in light traffic gets you to this oasis of peace and tranquility. Water fountains, ponds, ducks. A brilliant breakfast - definitely worth paying extra for. Beautiful swimming pools. Not cheap - but you get what you pay for.

Beautiful facility, well maintained even though not new. Too bad the main pool was closed due to renovation. Best thing about this hotel is the staff--warm, friendly, helpful.

Great staffs and great services ,the food is excellent just need to add more variety local food ,and need to have dry cleaning other than laundry.the hotel is strategic area ,just five minutes walks from hotel if you want go out to restaurant or bar outside the hotel ,and the restaurant in the hotel itself is great as well and also have a great beach can do walk and ride bycle or just have suntan while enjoying drinks and snacks

Seems like the ideal Bali hotel. Well kept. Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent restaurants (the breakfast was amazing). Nice beach and pool area.

좋고 넓은 호텔
다양한 조식 좋습니다. Gym도 좋고요. 수영장이 비치 앞에 3개, 짐 앞쪽에 1개 총 4개. 다양한 수영장 최고입니다. 체크인/아웃 한꺼번에 몰릴 때 대기가 많고요. 조식 때 9시 이후 엄청 붐빕니다. 호텔이 넓어서 안쪽 방은 왔다 갔다 거리가 멀어요. 장단점이 있지만 전반적으로 가족과 보내기에 좋다고 봅니다.

Super schöne Hotelanlage
Wir waren 3 Nächte in diesem wirklich wunderschönen Hotel. Der Service war super, das Personal sehr freundlich. Du kannst sehr gut im Hotel essen, vorallem die Pizzeria war toll. Es gibt aber auch gute Restaurants am Strand, die etwas preiswerter sind. Es war sehr ruhig, auch die Klimaanlage war fast nicht zu hören. Der Strand und auch das Wasser waren nicht so, wie wir erwartet hatten. Der Strand ist schmal und im Wasser waren viele Algen. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Right on the beach. Great property. Would have liked to stay longer. Food was excellent. Service was impeccable. If we ever get to Bali again. This is where we'll be staying. Pool are is wonderful. Beach is perfect.

Beautifully designed hotel with friendly staff
The hotel design is really beautiful and very well thought out. The rooms are large and spacious and we loved the double sink in the bathroom and the little balcony. The pools are very nice, we particularly enjoyed the adults only at the property, much quieter. The ability to walk straight out onto the beach is ideal. The hotel's food choices are great, but there's also some fab places to eat a short walk from the hotel so some flexibility.

Check out process is a complete mess. Took over half an hour and everyone in the line was complaining about flights. They were too busy checking in guests early (even though rooms weren’t ready), at the expense of checking out guests. Not all the desks were open, either. Itemised invoice had many items we hadn’t signed for which we had to dispute. Not a relaxing way to leave.

조용한 휴가와 호텔수영장을 즐기고자 한다면 강추
사누루 지역여행 시 머물렀습니다. 3박을 했는데 전반적으로 호텔은 훌륭합니다. 장점은 수영장이 정말 자연적이어서 너무 좋았고 바다가 가깝기는 했지만 바다수영하기에는 적합하지 않은 바다입니다. 아침 식사 엄청 맛있었고 호텔 식당들의 음식들 모두 맛있었습니다. 다만 2 트윈베드룸 이었는지 방이 너무 좁아서 짐을 놓을 곳이 없을 정도였습니다. 방이 좁았던 것을 제외하면 나머지는 다 좋았습니다. 상당히 조용한 시골 동네라는것을 기억하시기 바랍니다.

My first night I wasn’t feeling well. Tara from reception sent me a coconut and a card to feel better. I stayed a total of 6 nights. Yoga and Rusmini were awesome. Great stay. I will be back.

Tranquility in Bali
Beautiful property. Perfect for relaxing beside one of the warm water pools and enjoying the tranquility of the location. You pay a premium for all of the services such as organising transportation, the restaurant, the spa. Cheaper options are readily available by walking down the road or along the beachfront; but the quality of the services was high.

Resort facilities are lovely but our room was dark with overly complicated light switches and a noisy air conditioner. The poolside and spa were really good.

立地は最高、古いと新しい、地元感と観光地が混在しているので安くワルンで現地の味を楽しむことも、カフェやレストランでいつも通りの味を楽しむこともでき、3歳の子連れで行きましたが困ることはありませんでした。毎日ホテルのプールで遊ばせることができ、ホテルのスタッフにも日本語ができるスタッフさんがたくさん話しかけてくださりとても心地良く過ごすことができました。
