Nice House

The house was clean and the listing was accurate. We had plenty of space for our family, plenty of towels, and bathroom items. The home had several soft blankets to use in the living rooms which was really nice. The kitchen was very nice, however we didn't cook while we were there. The houses on both sides of this home were the same type of homes, new and up-to-date. The other side of the street was somewhat sketchy. Tristan responded quickly when I had a question. It was overall a good experience.

Beautiful house with great host

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated home! The location is very convenient, and the house itself is thoughtfully designed with stylish touches and lush greenery throughout, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is impressively well-stocked and features state-of-the-art appliances. We also appreciated the variety of entertainment options available, from board games to Netflix and Xbox, which made our downtime really enjoyable. The host was very responsive and helpful, quickly addressing any questions or requests we had.Overall, a fantastic stay! we’d happily come back and highly recommend this place

Easy, comfortable, nothing to want for! Drop your bags and relax!

Our family including in-law parents had a wonderful stay in this home. Check in was super smooth. Communication with Tristan was effortless and quick. All needs are met here. Just pick your room and settle in!Notes: 2 of the bedrooms have to share a bathroom but since we were traveling with family, it was no problem at all. I would suggest a suitcase rack or two be added for the top bedroom in lieu of limited closet space (unless I missed those somewhere). But honestly this was a great place to stay. We will definitely rent this home again. Neighborhood felt very comfortable and safe. Parking was no issue. The house is fully equipped with anything you could need. The home is also furnished so comfortable and stylish. The welcome booklet was super helpful! Restaurant and things to do suggestions were great! Can’t say enough good things.

Fun time in Denver

We were in Denver for a wedding, with our adult kids and their significant others. The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of room, very clean and close to all. We came from all across the country and it was a great location. The hosts were very responsive to a technical problem I had and quick to respond. The beds in two rooms were not as advertised, there were two doubles with one being a pullout sofa. Other than that it was just as advertised and would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here! The kitchen & main living area was great for our big group. The lower level with big tv & couch was also great for those who wanted to stay up later & hang out without bothering anyone who wanted to go to bed. One of the bedrooms that lists a queen bed is actually a pullout couch & not the most comfortable, just fyi as you’re planning. It’s also the only bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Overall it was a great place for the weekend.

Place was modern & clean & plenty of room. Outdoor front & back yard & rooftop terrace were an added bonus. Main negative was the top bedroom had to walk down stairs for a bathroom. High end kitchen supplied with all you need.

Great Place Near Downtown Denver!

Plentiful work spaces, lots of clean beds and bathrooms. Perfect place to do business in with a large group. Very close to downtown that was a plus. Great Wifi too! Can't go wrong in this rental home.

Red Rocks trip

The house was spacious and clean. The primary bedroom with king bed was disappointing without an on suite and much warmer than the rest of the house. Would have been helpful to know we had to move the cars for street sweeping (ended up with parking tickets) Overall house was well equipped with needed supplies. Surrounding neighbor hood was not as nice as the rental,

Quick Denver visit

This was our last stop on a 3 city tour of Colorado. This property was so open and comfortable. The beds were the most comfortable of all the properties we stayed in and we loved the extra bathrooms. The location was great for visiting downtown and the neighborhood was quiet. All the crew loved the coffee maker that ground beans fresh. The owner communication was fantastic. Would 10/10 recommend.

Spacious, modern home.

We were a group of 5 friends visiting Denver to play in a curling tournament. The Colfax neighborhood was perfect in terms of proximity to downtown as well as the curling club. Nearby Sloan Lake makes for a lovely walk, with good breweries and restaurants right there. The house was just great. Spotless, plenty of space, comfortable. Quiet street. The only thing I can think of that would have been nice to have is garage parking, instead of on street. Although, there was always a parking space on the street right in front of the house, all week long. I highly recommend this house.
