Not the worth the money for the stay at all. Upon arrival, the home was set on heat and was 86 degrees in August. It took an entire night to cool off. The home was dirty all throughout. Trash was piled in the garage as if a college party was there the night before we showed up. The carpets were disgusting and our guests all kept socks on. The pictures do not represent the home. When I contacted the rental agency they offered to come clean it. Not professional. I’m already in the home. I was very disappointed in this home in comparison to the pictures. Very overpriced. I regret my stay here.

This is a nice property located in a neighborhood in Aurora. It is an older property that seems well maintained. It was fully stocked with necessary supplies, which is not always the case. It is convenient to local stores and restaurants. One item to note one of the bedrooms has no curtains and has internal doors of glass with no curtains. We called this room the fishbowl. The house worked well for us as a family of 10 as we all wanted to stay together. Our activities were mainly in Boulder so we did have a 30 minute drive. But we factored that in when we rented this property.

Great Location & Ammenities

Great place to hang out with a group of friends, couples and singles. A short drive from the zoo, Garden of the Gods, Arapahoe Basin, downtown, etc. Overall, wouldn't change a thing!

Awesome home

This home was so perfect. I hope to go back again for a spring time where I will be able to use the hot tub and pool. The group absolutely love the home. It’s in beautiful neighborhood with great neighbors too. I wish the fireplace work but as I said before perfect house, I’m not a fan of the 10 AM checkout so probably no more home rentals for me, but loved this house.

Great for group

We booked this for a week long soccer tournament, check in/out and communication was GREAT! They are very responsive!! Location is close to grocery stores and amenities. I wished it was in the newer part of Arvada but it was a very quiet neighborhood. The only thing I would suggest is to update the initial page under rooms and beds (or I should have read the small print/detailed description better). 3.5 bathrooms not 4. There were not "two" twin bunks it was actually a queen bunk in two of the rooms. The only shower upstairs is the Master shower. Other than that It was the perfect house for our group. TONS of space for team dinner one night and the downstairs game room was a hit. House has a cool design and the beds were very comfortable. It is also central to downtown Denver, Boulder or Red Rocks.
