“This property was excellent. Diana the host was very responsive and helpful. The house was clean and met all our needs. I cannot say enough about the value for money. It’s far enough on the outskirts of Denver to avoid the major traffic but close enough to get to the city easily. We went to Pikes Peak and Rocky Mountain National Park without any difficulty. Red Rocks is just a short drive from the house. High recommend. We had a wonderful stay at the house and week in Denver. If we come back we...

“It was a good place, with a large, well – stocked kitchen, dining area, and couch, coffee table, and TV sitting area. It was nice to have a garage, but fairly awkward to get in and out of it, and it is not big enough for a truck or large SUV. Very attentive host. I will stay there again next time I visit my son, who lives close by.”

“Neighborhood was not as expected. Proximity to The Globe and their delicious bbq was unbelievable. Steps from the cottage. However, walking to the stock show (only 1 mile) took us through a disadvantaged neighborhood with lots of unhoused people. No issues but there were some uncomfortable moments. Cottage is tiny as advertised but clean and adequate. Overall a positive experience. ”

“This house was so comfortable and well-stocked for a long stay. Laura was very friendly and responsive if we had any questions. We loved the back yard deck with furniture and an awning. It was a great place to hang out, relax and observe nature. The location was great too, with easy access to C-470, Wadsworth and downtown Littleton. Grocery store, restaurants and shops were nearby. Fabulous stay - highly recommend.”
