Muy bueno, pero faltó el Breakfast.
Muy Bueno. Personal muy atento, cuartos cómodos, camas comfortables, no tiene AC pero había un ventilador disponible en el cuarto. Cuando viajo por placer, lo único que necesito es una buena cama y un buen baño y éste hotel los tiene. Sólo una cosa: ofrecen desayuno continental, pero cuando fuimos por el, simplemente estaba todo cerrado. Creo que quienes, al igual que yo, necesitan un café y panecillos por la mañana mientras nos preparamos para el chek out, me comprenderán.

We like that it is set up on the hill and next to our favorite karaoke place in oregon, it is not the cleanest and we were not sure of our safety because of some strange vehicles and activity around the property.

You get what you pay for, and a budget 50$ a night room was cheap. Wall’s extremely thin-heard a fight between management and a long term guest, there was no coffee pot, there was pubic hair on the tv remote, and the door didn’t shut or lock properly. The location is good, I had off street parking for free, and the water was hot for showers. No hangars or even a chair, Towels were thin, stained and old, bed was hard, so I slept like crap, no air flow not even a bathroom fan, the mini fridge had a horrible smell and didn’t keep my drinks cold, and I didn’t get a receipt after checking in. I will not be returning.

Gross, not clean, avoid
Very sad to say that we were disappointed this trip. Under new management and not a good thing. Stayed there before and I know it's dated but this time it wasn't clean and service was below minimal. Upon check in, had to knock on office door to "wake up" the staff that was napping on the couch. He couldn't find the reservation and had to get help. After check-in and getting the room it was ok. The ice machine in back was a bit sketchey to get too (in a closet kinda). When we showered in the am, it was gross.......hair on the walls and not clean. I about hurled at that point. When checking out, no one around to even complain to (locked doors). I would avoid this hotel at all cost.

I'm glad this hotel was available for the price it was during tourist season, and it was about as clean and quiet as you would expect for a budget hotel, even a little better than expected. That being said, the whole electrical situation in the room was chaos. A jumble of adapters and extension cords hanging loose from outlets. Appliances plugged into standard indoor extension cords with adapters. The TV and cable package was actually better than any hotel I've stayed in recently; too bad after I turned it off and left the room for a few hours I could never get it on again. At one point the minifridge and one of the lights abruptly lost power - this was apparently caused by a single, loose extension cord that was nudged loose by a slight movement of the window curtain.

Totally Unsatisfactory
I don't give negative reviews unless they're truly warranted. This one is. I'm used to motels looking a bit worn from the outside, and this one certainly did. But when I got to my room, I was appalled. Unlike the online pictures of a spacious room with a sitting area, it was so small that the door wouldn't open all the way. It was like being in an RV. The room smelled musty when I walked in. The carpet was dirty, clearly not vacuumed in days. There were leaves, grass, and dirt on the floor. When I pulled back the bedspread, I found a peanut. Broken furniture - a drawer missing from the chest. All surfaces were so cluttered there was no place to put anything except on my bed. Parking - parallel parking in an alley way. I'm pretty forgiving and easygoing about motels, but this was just inexcusable.

The room itself was clean and matched the description. You get what you pay for. However, the check-in experience was not the greatest. The staff member looked at one sheet, quickly skimmed it, and immediately said that our booking was not on the list - this does not feel great when you are expecting to be on the list and have no plan B. However, after showing him the Expedia booking, he reread the list and realized that we were actually there. This experience was my only gripe with the motel.

The property is very old and needs quite a bit of updating. The management staff were very gracious. What lacks in accomodations is more than made up by the scenery. We were able to see whales blowing from our room. The best restaurant town is right across the street, and all the shopping is right within walking distance. Were able to see many whales in this area.

l liked being up above the road. I liked the hook for hanging clothes on the bathroom door. I liked the reasonable price. I liked above all having 2 beds for my friend and me for the price of one bed, especially after we expected to have to share a bed. There was nothing I didn't like.

No one there! Had to go to the different hotel.
When we arrived, the office was locked with the lights out and no one answered the phone! Another employee was outside smoking and cigarette and he told us the office girl had gone to give her boyfriend a ride to a nearby city! And he didn't know how to reach her! We had to call around to find another hotel with a vacancy that we could check into! So we had to go elsewhere. Hope she had fun with her boyfriend, as it was more important to her than her job.

Exceptional budget motel experience
Just because it's the cheapest option in the area does not make for a bad experience - the single bed room was incredibly cozy, loved that it had a separated "living room" area from the bedroom area with 2 TV's. The mini-fridge was good quality and the bed was comfy. The bathroom is the main place where you can feel the age of the building, I'd say it's a little shabby but it doesn't cross the line into being bad. I'd also say the locks could use an upgrade, the key struggled to unlock the door a couple times and I almost worried about being locked out of my own room. On the whole, this was a delightful little seaside motel experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a coastal experience on a budget.

Horrible up keep of Motel. Do Not stay here.
The location is not family friendly. Doors don't lock correctly --Dead bolt knob spins and does not move the bolt over. No AC. Doors are cracked, curtains are stained and have holes. Trash under bed from prior occupant. My toddlers feet were black from walking bare foot on the floor. Carpets and tile are dirty. Matters were brought to the front office for attention and nothing but attitude from staff. No refund or discount was even offered. Was told that Motel has security cameras and not to worry. Price was not as noted as Hotel.com had quoted. People on the back side of Motel seemed to be living there. I wish I had taken photos to share. By far the worst place I have EVER stayed.

Nice place to stay with a great view of the ocean. Assigned parking and clean rooms. Staff was very helpful when I got home and realized I left some items in the room. I called and they mailed it home to me so I got all my things back! I would stay here again and recommend this place for anyone.

The lady at the desk was very nice, but in my rm-5-the tv was on when I walked in, and the water was running in the tub. I turned off the tv, but could not turn off the water-a very loud almost stream into the metal tub. I put a washcloth down to muffle the splashes and by morning it had turned brown-I had a good shower, but had to wait for the brown water to run clear. Lots of black hair on the sink. Deadbolt had been removed and toilet tissue filled the hole in the door. I put a chair infant of the door so it would jam against the couch to keep anyone out. For one night, I made do, but for $150 I would have liked a deadbolt, water you could turn off, and maybe that wasn't so rusty it turned a washcloth brown in hours. I din't ask to change rooms because I was beat, and can make anything work for one night.

The front desk lady was nice. But the room wasnt. There were 2 TVs, one in the livingroom and one in the bedroom. However, there was only one remote that controlled both tvs. So you could only watch tv in one area, if two people wanted to watch in both areas youd have to share the remote, it was incredibly inconvenient. The bigger issue was the bathtub backing up when we showered. The next morning as i was using the sink i saw that the sink was actually draining into the tub. There was also brown chunks coming up that looked like fecal matter. We had to go buy drano to attempt to clean out a potential blockage. Luckily it worked. I can only assume that the other rooms likely had the same problems. The carpets felt dirty and kinda sticky so we definitely didn't walk around barefoot. I tried email the property after we left to let them know about our issues, but evidently the address they have on their website isnt valid.
