“The house was perfect for our family to enjoy the beach and explore the West side of Puerto Rico. After a long travel day, we appreciated Bryan's assistance helping us find the house in the dark. On our first day, Bryan found us floundering on the beach, and helped us learn the basics of surfing. We also enjoyed exploring Survivor Beach and hiking up to the falls at Charco El Pilon.”

Just a short few minute drive to the town center, this place was perfect for our family group of nine people stay for 2 days while visiting the area. The air conditioning worked great in all of the bedrooms. There were also towels and beach toys for us to utilize while there. Loved this spot!”

“The home is beautiful. A few items need to have some attention paid to them ie lught bulbs burned out and the door handle on one bedroom did not work very well but the items that we asked be addressed while we were there were taken care of very promptly such as the kitchen faucet was changed and an umbrella and cooler were brought over quickly for us to use during our stay ”

“Perfect location on the beach, steps away from the sand. We gathered all of our family from across the country to spend a week relaxing and playing in the ocean together. Lots of room, well laid out property right on the beach.”

“First and foremost, we came to Rincon for the views and this property delivered fantastically! Beautiful sunsets from the balcony, as well as seeing whales and dolphins out in the ocean. Unbelievable views of the water. The property manager, Sabrina, waa also amazing and truly went above and beyond to enhance our stay. The house itelf is rustic, but in good repair. It was as described in the listing. We had both the top and bottom units and it would have been great if there was a way to get...

“We absolutely loved the location! A walk across the street had you at the beach. A little stroll has you at the Rincón square. Sunday morning market was adorable and the restaurants and bars in the evening were all wonderful. It provided a very authentic and non-touristy feel for this leg of our trip. ”

“Nos encantó la propiedad Es acogedora y está a pasos (literalmente) de la playa A pesar de que llovió todos los días, disfrutamos nuestra estancia porque la propiedad permite compartir en familia ya que es espaciosa y lo mismo nos reuníamos en el área de la piscina como en el interior así como en una acogedora terraza en el tercer nivel con una espectacular vista hacia la playa que permite observar y disfrutar los atardeceres Se la recomiendo 100% a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar sin importar...

“We had a fantastic visit at this lovely home up in the hills with an incredible view! The interior of the home was spacious and lots of decks and patios for everyone to find their favorite place to relax and enjoy the environment. The sunsets were gorgeous. One night we had supper out on the patio--in January! Our host was superb. We were able to visit many different venues from this central location. No matter the temperature - the breezes were so delicious. ”

“We loved our stay at Tres Amigos! The apartment is clean and tidy and has beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. We loved being on Dogmen’s beach and just a short stroll to Maria’s, Tres Palmas and Steps. There are lots of great restaurants close by. Daniel is a responsive and helpful host. I highly recommend this place!”

“Nice property, water heater acts up occasionally but works most of the time. No A/C downstairs but upstairs units cool the whole place adequately. Good WiFi, parking spots, beach chairs and kitchenware. Need car to get anywhere but that’s mostly the case with Rincón. Would definitively stay again. ”
