“I would not recommend that anyone stay with this host. The majority of the problems had to do with communication/management. I arrived around 430 after a 5 hour drive and had to wait for housekeeping to finish. The directions to find the apartment in the complex were atrocious. Starting with "after you exit your car, enter the building on the left". Terribly confusing directions.... my daughter and I walked around the complex for 20 minutes before we were able to locate the apartment. When...

“Ants! After discovering ants in the kitchen area and later near the living room carpeting and the bathroom, I decided to leave early rather than worry about reactions to fumigation. The host determined that there weren't enough ants to constitute an infestation (is there a number?) and declined to offer any sort of refund. Vrbo intervened on my behalf and the host misrepresented the facts and held firm. I would not advise using this host or their other properties.”
