“This property is always amazing. Great service, great location and very nice rooms!”

“Checkin process was terrible. I haven’t spent this much effort for any checkin. The link they sent just didn’t work and they were asking me to send stuff over text, claimed to not receive. Was a headache going back and forth. Once you get there, super hard to find the unit. No building numbers, no clear directions.”

“Great place, great location and the host was amazing! From check in to check out everything was perfect!”

“Condo was spacious and clean. Amazing location- close to the pool, walking distance to Kierland Commons. Well stocked kitchen to cook most of our meals. 20 minutes from the airport. Located inside a gated community with a designated parking spot. ”

“The apartment was nice and the location was perfect. The grounds were well kept and the pool was clean and not over crowded. We enjoyed taking our coffee to the pool and watching the golfers. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Wonderful property and will continue to book this property when traveling :)”

“Great apartment!”

“Great place and great location. Kari is a great host.”

Although property management did set traps the ant issue persisted for our entire stay. Second issue, the water pressure in the master and ensuite bathroom was not very strong. PM could not resolve this during stay. While it was not terrible it could have been better. The fridge ice maker leaked water on the floor. For the good; we loved furniture and...

“Property was clean, convenient and we had a wonderful stay! No complaints! Can’t wait to come back!”

“Excellent property! Plan to stay again in the future.”

“The pool was lovely. The check in process was a bit messy. I had to wait to get the check in code because the property management company didn’t have my husbands name as the second guest and we were told the renting contract had not been signed. I was surprised the company waited until 15 minutes before I was to check in to gather all of this information. The nines condo is in a great location .”

“Had an amazing time! Great location. Lots to do for kids.”
