“Some reviews of others gave us some reservation of the place. My wife even asked me to buy bed bug spray before heading to FL. We would like to thank the owner for honoring the initial low asking price saving us some money from the last-minute rental. We were very glad we rent the unit instead of a hotel room. Nice bedding, comfy mattresses, well appointed kitchen. Free underground parking, upscale well maintained property. Never any trash or shabbiness anywhere in the common areas.
