“Booked this for Memorial Day weekend. In a great location near a lot of restaurants and shops. Plenty of room and seating for a large family. The private pool was the highlight of the week. Property managers were very communicative and friendly ”

“The condo is great, lots of stairs, though. The return air duct on the 2nd floor is really dirty, which is the only reason I gave it a 4 * on cleanliness. The rest of the condo was great. Walkable to the beach, or use golf cart. Beds were comfortable, lots of storage, huge master bath. Kid’s bunk beds are on the ground floor which may not be convenient with little ones. Large tv in every bedroom and separate ac on each floor. The management company is very responsive and helps with everything...

“Thank you very much for the wonderful stay. The house and location were perfect and the whole gang enjoyed the house. ”

“The house was perfect for our family of 7. My daughter's boyfriend proposed on the beach with an airplane with a banner asking if she would marry him! Such a fun week. The only drawback is the house didn't have beach setup, which most of the properties at the Maravilla do have, but it was spacious enough for all of us to spread out at the house and the manager was very friendly and helpful during our stay!”

“Spent four days with three generations of family (and our 2 year old pup) members and we had a wonderful time in this older but still welcoming property. Great location and the property manager was very responsive. On the second day, we had a minor issue with one of the restrooms and within 15 minutes, some one was there to fix it. ”

“This property is a private, peaceful little slice of heaven in the heart of the action! I was a little worried about heading to the beach for a holiday weekend, but magically the beach outside of our property was not crowded at all. I joked that half of our pictures look like we were on a private island which was a welcome surprise! The house was clean, stocked with supplies like paper towels and toilet paper and it’s a quick walk to the beach. Not to mention it’s also stocked with everything you would need for the beach, wagon, beach chairs, floaty. The pool is right across the street. Such a wonderful property in a gated community.
