Christmas in Destin

Property location was good. Wasn’t as clean as I would expect but housekeeping did stop by again and made the necessary improvements.

Wish I would read reviews

The property itself is nice with the pool. The refrigerator has several dents in the front that are fairly hidden in the online photos. The listing said that the unit came with a 6 seater golf cart but it did not. Apparently the HOA changed the policy and no longer allows them but this was not communicated to us and no refund was issued for compensation. We picked this property because it had the golf cart so it was very disappointing. This unit has nothing. No salt/pepper, coffee filters, coffe or coffee pods so you have to buy everything. The biggest annoyance was that it didn’t have any beach chairs or beach towels. Again I wish I would have known all of this because we would have booked somewhere else. This was a family reunion trip for us and we hadn’t seen some of our family members for many years. The morning of checkout, we were all packed and ready to go and enjoying a cup of coffee while we said our goodbyes in the living room and the cleaning company came 15 minutes prior to checkout and kicked us out. There weren’t enough wristbands for the pool either. I would never use this management company ever again. They constantly sent threatening texts about calling the police etc and we were there with two aunts that were much older so we were not up late or noises. Wish I read the previous reviews and booked somewhere else.

Family vacation

We had a fabulous time. Only complaint we had was the wristbands. We needed 11 and were told 12 would be available but when we got to the house we only had 4. We called and was immediately reassured the rest would be brought over the next morning, Friday, but we didn’t get the rest until Monday morning. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and amazing house!

Horrible experience

This home was extremely exaggerated on ammenities and actual fit for the home. Internet did not work, no TV subscriptions, had to use our own. Furniture was dirty, stained and beat up. Beds had mattress damages. Sheets were not clean, no cooking ability as no spices not even salt and pepper were there. Down to toilet paper was the absolute cheapest available. The pool was closed before stated hours and we ultimately left after a day and a half so to not ruin our vacation we ended up going to a hotel. We should be reimbursed for the last two days of the trip given we weren't even there but regardless of that we would never stay there nor in that community again. I would recommend pulling anything in that community off your listings because it was a disaster.

The listing is false and they do not work with you on making it right. The day we were checking in we got a call 10 mins before check in to say they no longer allowed golf carts per the hoa and were coming to pick it up…but during our stay we counted 12 golf cart rentals still being used in the community. When we finally got into the house there were no pool bands to use, when I called I was told it would be the next day, then the following day we did not receive them until after 2pm. Leaving us the first day with no pool to use and over 1/2 the second day with no pool. I was told we would be compensated for this and to date still have not. They tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone then ghost you after your check out. Do yourself a favor and book with anyone other than this place.

No bikes but charged $180 and not clean

We stayed at this property a week back, the property listing says that they provide the guests with 6 bikes but they didn't provide any bikes and charged $180 for bikes. When eequested for a refund the customer service person was rude and refused to refund.

Had a blast!

We had two families and this house was perfect. There was enough room for everyone to have their space but also had a great time in the living/dining room playing Mario cart and uno!

Destin vaca

Everything was very nice. There are a couple of suggestions, provide more trashbags and dishwasher tablets. Parking was tough as we were told there was an overfow parking lot. It was packed full each time, people leaving golfcarts or bikes in parking spots to save them. We were told not to park on the street, but the house across from us had multiple cars parked alongside the street. Pool was very nice and enjoyable. We appreciate you letting us stay as we would come again.

Great getaway from just about anywhere.

Location was good, amentities were sufficient. Internet and air conditioning worked well. Things are somewhat barebones as far as the kitchen, but nothing worthy of loss of a star. We all had a great time and the beds were amazing. Thanks!

When we arrived the ac was not working and we had to wait 3-4 hours for someone to come fix it. There were roaches in the living and kitchen area. We informed the property managers on the first day of our stay and while we were packing the car to leave someone pulled up to the residence with a can of raid.

Roach infested kitchen. I walked in the kitchen every night around 10 pm and there were at least 50 roaches running every way. Sickening and dirty and several things were broken like electric covers. The whole place needs to b shut down and cleaned and exterminated.
