NO EARLY CHECK IN. NONE WHATSOEVER. NOT EVEN 30 minutes Not even as you sit in the parking lot looking at the empty and clean room you have paid for. Not a maid or cleaning vehicle in sight. I was told this unit is “excluded from early check in”. Had I known that I wouldn’t have booked it at all. They do not share that in the listing. If the room is ready, sanitary and clean why are you not letting your paying guests in early? You get the code to the beach and bathroom, but no parking pass until 4:01. Meaning if you arrive early and want to enjoy the beach you run the risk of being towed because you have no pass. So finally at 4:01 our time had come to check in and….the code doesn’t work. This could have been fixed HAD THEY ALLOWED EARLY CHECK INSTEAD OF LATER AND HAD ALL OUR BELONGINGS WITH US READY TO ENTER. The outdoor furniture is so warped you cannot even put a cup on it in most places because it slides. Greasy food/butt stains on the sofa. The curtain chain on the right side are unattached from the wall. The place in general was clean, but forgot to paint half the bathroom. I have had issues with Vacasa twice now with other stays in Destin. We will avoid any future bookings where they are the booking agent/property manager.
