“Hotel location in heart of Fort Galle excellent. Staff service, friendliness and willingness to accommodate excellent. Beautiful buildings well restored. Excellent breakfast. I assume they are not 5 star as only provide some of the little extras in room that you would normally expect from like properties eg tissues, body lotion etc but that didn’t bother us! “We had one night in Galle, and were lucky enough to get the ENORMOUS family room - an amazing experience for the entire family. As it was off season (late October), the hotel was quiet and there was some renovation going on, but it was beautiful and peaceful. Would definitely recommend! One thing I have to mention: The bedframe extends beyond the mattress and since it's dark wood, it's impossible to see in the dark - two of us came home with some pretty bad shin scrapes :) ”

“At the end of our Sri Lanka holiday we decided to spend a bit more on our Unawatuna hotel & were not disappointed. We had large rooms with loads of space, kitchen, really comfy beds, excellent views from our balconies. The staff were helpful & the pool lovely. We did book nicer rooms that some there & didn't eat so can't comment on the food. It's a bit of a walk or a short Tuk Tuk ride to the main tourist area or a beach but that also means it's quiet there.”

“ゴールフォート内の中では比較的値段が安いので少し心配していましたが、その心配は無用でした。とても清潔な部屋とバスルームで内装もオシャレ。夜は徒歩で買い物や観光もできとても便利な立地。一番感動したのは、ブティックホテルだからこそ出来るスタッフの皆様の心遣いです。旅の途中で大きな絵を購入してしまい、パッキングをする為にダンボールの手配が出来ないかお願いしたところ快く快諾して頂き更にスタッフの方がパッキングまでしてくれました。朝食も適度な量でとても美味しかったです。ゴールの滞在は１泊だけだったのですがもっと滞在すれば良かったと思えるほど、良いホテルでした。”
