“I stayed here for 5 nights as I was visiting friends who lived in Kew. It was spacious. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Had some noisy neighbours one evening but the staff handled it efficiently. Next door to shops which was super handy. Really enjoyed my stay. ”

“Despite being charged, we never received any contact from the host despite repeated attempts to get in touch. We kept trying right up till the day we were due to arrive and eventually had to contact Stayz direct who also couldn't get hold of them. We received a refund from Stayz but never any contact from host. My family had to scramble to book accommodation on Easter Saturday and turn up late to my nephew's 21st birthday. It was disgraceful. Don't bother to try to book this place. APPALLING...

“UNIT WAS QUITE GOOD ONCE WE GOT IN THEY GAVE US THE WRONG CODE TO ACCESS KEYS AND HAD TO RING AND THE CLEANER GAVE US THE RIGHT CODE. PRIOR CONTACT WITH HOST WAS A NIGHTMARE IT TOOK 5 DAYS TO SORT OUT BOOKING. EG PLS SEND ID TO -----@-----.--- THESE HOSTS WERE VERY UNSATISFACTORY.”
