“We booked a particular room and when we arrived they put us in a different room. I explained to the front desk clerk what room I booked and she said that that was not how the booking came across from Expedia and that we had to pay an additional$20 in cash to get the correct room after the clerk ran my card 3 times and told me I had to pay cash for the room because none of my cards would go through. She asked for my driver's license 3 times. Everything just seemed very strange”

“I was driving to the rental when the owner contacted me saying that I didnt have a reservation. That Expedia/VRBO had took her listing off of the site (even though it was listed when I booked it.) and I had to contact expedia for a refund. This was JULY 4th. There was nothing else available. Expedia said they couldnt help me even though I have pictures and confirmation of renting. And I had to cancel my trip with my family due to having no where to stay! I have not been contacted since, no one...

“This property was great, and the view from the deck is beautiful. The host was amazing. We were there during some scary weather and he made sure we were aware of it and that the property was secure.”

“This house was by far the best VRBO experience I have ever had. This quant little house was spotlessly clean, even in the basement around the furnace. Every room had a nightlight, a fan, extra bedding, pillows, stacks of nice plush towels, kleenex, extra toilet paper, light switches labeled….absolutely everything you could possibly need. There was a wonderful gift basket with local items, bottles of water in the fridge, and a bag of ice in the freezer. Absolutely everything you could possibly...

Appreciate cleanliness and the soft towels and the washer and dryer world Plus. Won't hesitate to stay again. I could address fixing a couple things but didn't bother our stay.
