“Utilicé el servicio de lavandería y me intentaron cargar por prendas que no había, ademas de cambiar el nombre de algunas de ellas. El chico de recepción fue muy poco colaborador cuando fui a quejarme y mantuvimos una discusión. Al día siguiente sus compañeras de por la mañana me solucionaron en problema.”

“all good!”

“Habitación grande y espaciosa, selección de almohadas, cama cómoda, muy bien situado. Un auténtico 5 estrellas ”

“Excellent room with an awesome view of the river, all the staff were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend the Double Tree”

“Muy amables”

“Great hotel in a good location. Room was lovely with good views. Lost a star on our rating as our welcome gift of wine and charcuterie wasn't received and the gent at reception who checked us in wasn't helpful at all too busy chatting and whilst acknowledging we were owed it just kept pushing us to ask others - in the end we had to add the wine to our room. The lady at checkout was very apologetic and restored our faith a little in the staff as she refunded the glasses of wine. Such a shame as...

“I enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the room and the amenities were useful. The balcony had an amazing view but can sometimes be a bit loud if room is near the main road, however this wasn’t an issue at night when sleeping.”

“Me trataron como si estuviera en casa”

“Beatifull”

“Absolutely gorgeous and wonderful hospitality. A real treat to stay here. Loved the brekkie and mini bar inclusion. Comfy and cosy and light. Will definitely come back.”

“Muy buenas condiciones del Hotel, habitación amplia y muy bien ubicado”

“Céntrico, el gym es muy limitado ”

“Generally the property was clean and well maintained. The problem I had was resolved quickly and in a very good way THE PROBLEM IS THE RESTAURANT. The cooking station of omelets etc is terrible, the omelets you always get it cold and burnt, fried eggs cold and burnt. THE SAUSAGES ARE TERRIBLE. Please change the type of sausages or suppliers. They are always hard and taste like you are eating sand. I think it is not the cooking but type of sausages. I have not eaten such terrible tasting...

“Good location with easy free bus access to the city. We didn't like the emphasis on punishments if we did something wrong. Felt chastised for nothing. I suppose they have a history of people doing damage.”

“Beautiful property and views but food and beverage venues are lacking as is the customer service throughout the hotel.”
